Maarit Laanti

Maarit is a software engineering practitioner and agile champion who led the world’s largest scaled agile transformation already before SAFe was established. As a software engineering manager at that time she commissioned the training course for her organisation that eventually evolved into the Leading SAFe training. Some years later, she contributed Lean-Agile budgeting to SAFe 3.0. In 2013 Maarit became SPC and founded Nitor Delta in Finland, the large-scale agile training & coaching consultancy who brought SAFe to the Nordics. She became SPCT in 2016.

Brian Tucker

Principal Consultant, SAFe Fellow, SPCT (Ivar Jacobson)

As part of the very first rollout of the Scaled Agile Framework; Brian has the dubious virtue of having worked with the Scaled Agile Framework before it formally existed and is one of the few that can claim over a decade of experience with Scaled Agile. As a Principal Consultant at Ivar Jacobson International, Brian has spent the last nine years helping organisations across Europe implement the Scaled Agile Framework in diverse industries from Healthcare and Banking to Product Development. Brian was the first person in Europe outside of Scaled Agile to be accredited to teach the Implementing SAFe course for SPCs and over the last seven and half years has probably trained nearly half the European SPCs having taught Implementing SAFe over 100 times. Brian was made a SAFe Fellow in 2019.
