Tamara Nation
Director of Curriculum Product Management (Scaled Agile)
Tamara has over 20 years of experience in software development, training and coaching. She began her career as a software engineer developing writing code for unmanned aircraft. She worked as a software developer and DBA for over 12 years before finding Scrum. Tamara’s focus the last eight years has been helping teams adopt lean incremental, iterative approaches to improve their work performance and work experience for the better. She was the first SPC in Europe and a graduate of the first SPCT class in 2013. The last two years she worked as Scaled Agile, Inc.’s first Release Train Engineer. She is now the Director of Curriculum Product Management.
