Dan O’Leary

Dan O’Leary drives SAFe Studio™ architecture and development practices, enabling development teams to deliver robust and secure solutions to Scaled Agile, Inc. customers.

Prior to joining Scaled Agile, Dan architected and developed Weave, an enterprise-grade collaboration platform that empowered teams and organizations within companies to solve ideation and prioritization problems collaboratively. Weave later became a SAFe® online collaboration tool.

While at Callidus Software, Dan rose from a member of the initial engineering team to VP of engineering. He also built a high-performance, rule-based enterprise incentive management system (TrueComp) used by hundreds of global enterprises.

Dan has an MSE in computer science from the University of Michigan and a BS in computer science with honors (summa cum laude) from Western Michigan University.
