Yes. If you took a SAFe 4.0 course and passed the exam, you earned a SAFe 4 certification. This is the most up-to-date certification available and everyone trained on version 4 (regardless of SAFe 4.0, SAFe 4.5, or SAFe 4.6) will receive a SAFe 4 certification.
