Companies don’t look at these patterns very often. They don’t understand the pros, the cons of why these things work, why they don’t work. They try random patterns and then end up with badly structured organizations. This discussion reasons how to take a deliberate approach to figuring out what the roles and responsibilities are, identifying which interactions need to take place, and what groups need to form to get the work done.
